1. Model Selection or Concept Start

ODM:
Customer selects an existing shape from our catalogue → choose temple style, lens type, logo method.

A clear, end-to-end process for importers and distributors.

2. Logo, Branding & Color Development

Pantone color selection, logo placement mockups, packaging logo, metal parts options.

3. Prototype / Sample Stage

ODM:
Pre-production sample with customer logo + chosen colors.

4. Production Setup

Confirm materials (PC, TR90, acetate), hinges, screws, lens options.

5. Packaging & QC

Injection / acetate processing → lens edging → assembly → drop-ball test → final QC.

6. Packaging & Export Documentation

Barcode printing, QR labels, export box specs.
